Rita has a Diploma of Business (Accounting), is a registered BAS Agent and certified ICB & ABN Bookkeeper (& ABN Coffee Club Leader) who founded Bay Business Solutions Group (formally Bay Bookkeeping Services) in 1998.

With over 30 years experience, a member of ABN & ICB and having worked with a variety of small to medium size businesses, Rita specialises in clients with Government and NFP Engagements.

Rita is a MYOB and Xero Certified Partner as well as Xero Payroll Certified, encourages such add-ons as Hubdoc, EzzyBills & ServiceM8 and also has experience with software packages such as Harmony, Attache, okke & QBO.

Spiri has a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and is a Xero Certified Partner, working towards her Xero Payroll qualifications. 

 

Spiri joined the team at BBS Group in 2023 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from the banking sector having worked as a Business Analyst in the Merchant and Cards space for the past 22 years.

Billy holds a Bachelor of International Business, a Bachelor of Marketing, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting, is a BAS Agent and Xero Certified.

With over a decade of retail and category management experience, he has held senior roles in several of Australia's largest retailers.

​

In addition, Billy has broader skill sets in negotiation, international business, team management and pricing strategies.

 

Billy brings a wealth of knowledge across many areas of business to assist our clients with their business journey.
